didn't log first weigh in after the holiday. this one is more realistic. hope it will be gone in a couple days... feeling horrible.. hope to feel better soon too.
171.2 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Girl, what are we going to have to say to convince you to eat more??? Your diet calendar is looking sparse. I hate to see those under 1000 calorie days! I will come over there and hit you with the Eat More stick if you aren't careful :) Hope you are ready for a fantastic new year!

@ K8 I KNOW!! i suck... my mental obsession is starting to overtake my good judgement... i know what i need to be doing... but its like i'm scared to eat .... i think i'm more worried getting thru the holidays... once i get back into my weight training i know that those low cal days will just not fly... so i promise i'll be working on that!..
