Amazing day! Think I will fix breakfast for the family this morning. Then, I am going to clean the house and get laundry going. This evening the plan is a 4 mile walk. Yes, I'm sore from yesterday. But, seeing the scale move in the right direction this morning motivates me to keep on walking. Also, I believe I am going to register for a 5K that takes place in October with my teenage daughter. Color Run here we come!!!
228.2 lb Lost so far: 22.2 lb.    Still to go: 93.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Glad you are having a great day, and you and your daughter go for it!!!! There are a couple of Color Runs that will be going on close to me!! That will be so much fun for you and your daughter!! I would love to do that some day!! I would have to find a jogging wheelchair for me and the hubby would have to push me, but that would be so much fun!! Make sure you keep us informed about how that is going!!! Sometimes the only cure for the soreness caused by walking is to walk more!! Get those muscles good and stretched before you go!!! The soreness will melt away! Have an awesome day!!!
