I am so disappointed with me... I gained 3.5 kg in a month... It took me long time to lose some weight.. In exactly one month is my birthday and I want to be really pretty!!! I move also in a new apartment, and I plan to celebrate it there! I have many things to do! Hope all these things will keep me focused and to avoid snacking.. We need to be focused and to inspire each other, that's why there is this Fat Secret Group! Have a great day my friends! We all have a Goal and we need to reach it!!!!
173.1 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 40.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
