Well I'm only up 2 lbs from my really bad cheat last night so that's not too bad... I'm being good today and don't regret my desert Christmas Eve! I hope everyone is having a wonderful Christmas/Yule!
248.0 lb Lost so far: 69.0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

LOL I carry a 1.5 liter bottle of water around with me wherever I go! We had a wonderful dinner... salame, pepperoni, and a variety of cheeses... didn't get my veggies in today but oh well I feel very satisfied and didn't have any sugar like yesterday!
