holy shit! i gained nearly 3 pounds in a day. I totally pigged out at Claudia's. Ate dinner with Claudia and fam and Luke. Then I ate again with Luke and Mark at night.

Way too much pork and lard.

Worse yet, Luke is coming over today and bringing food so I know I'll be pigging out again.

178.0 lb Lost so far: 42.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
