Rosacea: 1 = mild flare - new spots, more healing, lots of trigger foods eaten. Used Prosacea, used SPF 30 facial moisturizer

HOT! I'm more excited about the ezekiel pasta in your food entry. Did not know they made pasta too! Gluten sensitive and have a lot to learn yet.
