The SPIRIT of CHRISTMAS! For the last 7 years at Christmas time we set up a lighted Nativity scene in our front yard. The figurines include Joseph, Mary, baby Jesus, an angel, a star, and 3 wise men. Well this morning when I was pulling out of the driveway to go to the gym I noticed that a Camel had joined! our happy group... Now thats what I call a Christmas miracle! LOL

Exercise: 45 min Crossramp 3.6 miles, 45 min weight lifting upper body
Vitamins: No
Rosacea: 1 = mild flare - new spots, more healing, lots of trigger foods eaten. Used Prosacea, used SPF 30 facial moisturizer, red blotches are becoming lighter.
170.2 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 25.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That's nice.. Someone wanted to make your NC perfect. Btw, didn't know there's Ezekiel pasta. Want to try sometime. I'm a fan of sprouted grains products. Thanks for your kind support last night! I needed that and it worked:) Have a happy Thursday!

Glad I could help Lily :) I think the pasta is very nice but I am the only one in my family who will eat it!

well,... I'm the only one would eat Ezekiel sprouted wheat tortillas.. they at least would eat Ezekiel corn tortillas so I choose those instead. And for pasta, I mix it with lots of other things like sauce, seafood, shaved parmesan cheese, etc. to cover the dark color of whole wheat pasta:)
