Had pizza last night and ended up feeling so sick. Carb resistance kicked in big time. Did not sleep well because I was nauseas and tummy ache. Was very thirsty and got up twice to drink water. Pizza was so not worth it.
162.0 lb Lost so far: 20.1 lb.    Still to go: 18.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
