Made it through around 40 hours of 42 hour fast. Still fasting. Plan to eat around 11:00 2:00 6:00 today. Trusting body is burning off unhealthy cells (autophagy). I did have morning coffee. My morning ketones 1.8 which is in fat burning optimal range.
232.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 84.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
