Dang the weight is just melting off. PROBABLY just water weight--but glad to know that 5 pound gain is gone! And time to continue down to my goal--not stopping
187.0 lb Lost so far: 48.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Whoop!!!! I'm with ya I lost 5lbs last week and this week only looks like 1-2 but its still LESS than before!!! I like this bandwagon!!!
