Sorry for my absence again guys!! It's the summer holidays - been out and about with kids a bit and visited friends up in Glasgow last week then went to another friends caravan for a couple of nights and been baking for a large summer show and done a few celebration cakes in between (I have my own small business making cakes)..................my point is its so hard to keep up the food diary when your not at home - you can't really get your scales out at someone's house and quiz them on what's in the food!! But I have been good and I'm still trying, my main change are my portions - I have really cut down to what I used to have also picking and eating in front of telly at night - no more bars of choc or tubs of Ben & Jerry's! The other big change is Bread - I hardly ever have it now, i do like these new fangled flavoured Rivitas - they are good! Hope you are all well - I'll read a few of your posts later and catch up! x
