Well, I didn't get the result I was hoping for, so I will have to settle for inches lost. I'm sure I will have a good loss in the next couple of days so I will weigh again on Wednesday morning.
185.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
