I expected a small gain due to about 6 grams over my target of not over 30 grams gross carbs. Today is a fast day. I am having black coffee this a.m. which doesn't break my fast. I was at 220.1 in February this year and I plan to be back there soon. I can only do what I believe to be the best choice for me as a WOE and trust God for how fast I get there.
233.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 85.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
