Wahooo! I have been carefully monitoring my cals. My friends think that I am crazy to diet during the holiday season. I don't feel overly crazy because I am 2.8 lbs away from my first goal and have made sure to fit in a cookie or treat a couple of times a week to not feel deprived during this season. It feels good!
181.8 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 2.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
