I would like to get down to 121 lbs by March. That was the weight that I measured last time I turned to this site. That was well over a year ago which I am sorry to admit. I am also sorry to admit that during that time I gained a significant amount of weight. I have lost 22lbs since last February (you can do the weight-gain math), however, so I have redeemed myself somewhat. It basically took a lot of running and calorie counting. I actually feel quite happy with my weight currently, but I would like to lose that last 10 to 15lbs so that I feel not just happy, but amazing.
125.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
