WOOHOO!! down 2.8 lbs from last week. I am now down to where I was before Thanksgiving. Keep steady and keep strong and I can make it through Christmas :)

Family wanted pizza for dinner and mint brownies. I stayed focused and fixed myself something else.

Exercise: 45 min crossramp 3.6 miles, 45 min weight lifting upper body.
Vitamins: Yes
Rosacea: 2 = mild-to-moderate flare - New spots, used the moisturizer no trigger foods eaten.
171.6 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 26.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
