this is fun. no gain when I was immovable, but now that I'm walking and swimming (walking first because I've done two days in a row) it goes up. not worried, it will adjust, need to keep moving and doing what I'm doing. fat mass down, muscle up, truth is somewhere in between. pants still fit which is the ultimate determinator.

we did real hills last night (one has and 18% grade and is about 1/4 mile), so shorter walk, but more effort. stopped for lots of pictures, see below.

more snaps of ghouls and monsters from the hood. was hard to get the coffin in the pic because of the lights, it's right in front of the corpse wedding couple. I did see it. the bodies underneath the sugar skull skeletons are these giant monoliths carved to look like the moai at Easter Island that are in the yard all year. ex-propmaster from Hollywood lives in the house. I love my weird eclectic neighborhood. that caused the house across the street to decorate as well and it's been trickling into a competition. Inflatables are thing. How is this FS related? I'm out walking and the lights are definitely motivation. You find your unique motivation and follow through. I just realized I'm still mesmerized by bright and shiny things. Derp.

Where do you get all the info of water weight, etc. Some kind of scale?

yes, I have a "smart scale" but would only use to monitor overall trends. they are fun and can help with motivation.
