For the past four weeks, I've been in the process of moving and getting settled into a new place and a new routine. Because of going a couple of weeks with all of our stuff packed up and on a moving truck or sitting in boxes piled in the middle of our kitchen, my wife and I have been doing a lot of eating out, and I didn't even track weight or calories during that time.

Things are finally getting back to normal, the kitchen is unpacked, and it's just us here, so eating out is going away again for a while. I'm finally tracking everything again, and I'm looking forward to more progress. I was SO close to getting my 10-day weight average (which is what I enter here) within the normal weight BMI range, but I missed it by .01 before stuff started going back up.
179.9 lb Lost so far: 62.1 lb.    Still to go: 4.9 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
