Pregnant and dealing with it. My doctor said as long as I am eating healthy foods and taking care of baby it's okay to lose a little weight here in the beginning. Besides the mcflurry last night, this is the healthiest I've eaten in years!
197.0 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
