working out = check
no popcorn/spray butter = check
not too much sf candy = check

maybe not enough water?
maybe pills are settling in?
maybe not enough calories?
maybe lady time?
116.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
