I have no idea why I am heavier today. i have been exercising lately...
weight could be:
one of my usual random blips up not related to diet but hydration
i have miscalculated some of the calories in my food intake
or
i'm putting on lean muscle mass due to exercise and though "leaner" I am heavier. Been there before too when I weighed 200 lbs and had 7" body fat. will see.
