I have had a really busy and unplanned week. I have not been doing as well with my recording because I haven't been planning this week. I'm not going to beat myself up about it though because you can only do so much in a day. Tomorrow I am going to plan toast with PBJ for breakfast and coffee, lunch lean cuisine and dinner boca burger. No mor snacking on the ritz crackers and whipped cream cheese, back to carrot sticks and 100 calorie packs, the other is a calorie rip-off. I wish I was more of a fruit eater but never really have been, bananas are okay-- I promise to try harder and get back on track tomorrow.

151.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sounds like a good plan for tomorrow! Be careful with the peanut butter - a little goes a long way!

Hang in there and keep at it. I love fruit but would prefer to snack on ritz crackers and peanut butter.
