Happy Saturday, late entry but taking the beasts to the island to run like the wild creatures they are. Will probably take some pics. Enjoy the day!

It's pretty funny. I'm not moving a lot for me and eating about the same. I just hope it's not muscle. I walked some with the dogs today and had no issues with the chuck-it. I need to get in the pool for no other reason than to check the chemicals and turn on the fall mode for heating since it's no longer 100. We might get another heat wave, but it's sporadic.
