Ok, I'm back. It's xmas season, and I really need to stay on track. I haven't been doing that poorly, but can't shave these 10 pounds off! I'm on birth control. Does anyone have any personal experience with trouble with weight loss & BC? Getting off BC is not an option (I have a sneaking suspicion that getting pregnant would really damage the weight loss program) & I'm too poor to go on a low hormone one (I get mine for nearly free from Planned Parenthood)
But,I have joined a gym! & gone vegan (for months now. doesn't really help for some reason. living in Austin, it's so easy to be a fat vegan) Soooo... gonna try this again.
