Around September 2010, I was 176lbs. Steady progress.Last 60 to 75 days, I am pleased with myself.Walking with Chase 2 times a day, doing some yard work too. Steadily came down to 152 lbs from 162lbs in June/July. I am pleased with myself. Now I can look at my goal 144 lbs within my reach! I am eating more,more healthy stuff around oatmeal, milk, cottage Cheese & salads but no egg, fish chicken or meat!
