This is actually (Day 20). I've lost 2 lbs so far. I'm using this site to help me with tracking my food intake properly. I fear I'm not eating enough vegetables daily. I think I'm also eating too many artificial sweetners daily too. I entered the food I ate so far today and find, before dinner, that I've consumed 29 grms of carbs already! Mostly from the vegetable soup (17).
182.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
