Doggone it. Tried to move that scale down another pound this week - but I seem to be stuck right around that same weight I've been for the last couple of weeks - give or take an oz or two. Hummmmm.
183.4 lb Lost so far: 46.6 lb.    Still to go: 28.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
