Even though I haven't been counting calories and I hadn't done my pilates this week, I have been getting in 4-5k steps for the past week and haven't been eating after 8 and have lost a pound! yay!
149.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week
