This is a slow process my weight is moving at a snails pace but I am not giving up..... Still fully motivated :-)
204.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 79.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi Brenda, good to know you are fully motivated. Gives me motivation too. And losing 0.1 kg per week is healthy weight loss. This is surely for the long term.

I agree with both comments - it's the hardest part not seeing fast results, but it's more likely to stick... Congratulations!

Thank you all for eht encouragement ... It means more than you know :-) .... we are all on this journey together even though we all are travel our own roads to get there. Feels really good not to feel alone on the journey. .... again thank you all

Don't give up! I was exactly at your weight just shy of 20 months ago. There were alot of ups and downs but once i found my gateway (exercise), i saw mostly downs. Take each day at a time. :)
