Today I switched from using the NutriSystem app, NuMi to using my own journal as well as my journal here. I am one pound past my NutriSystem goal set on April 26 and planning to ease back to "normal" eating and see what happens. I appreciate the portion control I relearned with NutriSystem.
144.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

1094 kcal Fat: 49.60g | Prot: 65.39g | Carb: 75.26g.   Breakfast: Coffee, Smucker's Natural Creamy Peanut Butter, NutriSystem Cinnamon Roll. Lunch: Giant Eagle Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumber (Peeled), Daisy Sour Cream, Canned Salmon. Dinner: Olive Oil, Coleslaw, Zucchini, Cooked Summer Squash (Fat Added in Cooking), Publix Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs. Snacks/Other: Red Table Wine, Sargento Deli Style Sliced Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Triscuit Crackers Original. more...
