Weighed myself on scale - it finally stayed the same after repeated weigh-ins! I ate chili last night. And a friend gave me a glass of iced tea with sugar in it a few days ago. Plus I think I've been eating too much tartar sauce. So there was a three pound gain. But SO MANY people keep telling me I'm too thin - so I have lots of leeway to work with. (lucky me!) - I'll be stricter this week for certain, and know now until I'm down below 190 I can't be eating these foods. No sugar at all period again in the future. Superbowl Sunday I just need to stay in my apartment and eat chicken wings and not go downstairs if they're ordering pizza and get sucked into gaining weight... I must be stricter with myself. I'm hardly eating anything and gained three pounds so it is just a matter of staying on induction - or getting back on it and being strong. I am so good at this. A few pounds up there this week is a sign to get firmer with myself and it won't get up there anymore. I'm definitely not going to any parties on Superbowl Sunday now... Glenn P.S. My female friend I hope to see next week, I am very interested in her - she is such a strict dieter. So THIN. She will keep me on track if we get together. I won't eat much food around her - no sugar for certain. All of the other people I know just overeat! She will be so good for me! --- Oh forgot to tell you all I started Prilosec the stomach medicine a couple of weeks ago. Twice a day. Saturday it'll go down to once a day. It may have affected my metabolism a bit. Don't know but who knows? I'm barely eating and gained. Feeling better with the stomach issue though that I had a few weeks ago though. I'll see my P.A. and tell him about it in early February. There are other meds - I can take Zantac - it's very inexpensive over-the-counter. Anyway, blood work all good at last visit. Must ask about cholesterol. I know I was probably drug tested, the V.A. did my sister's boyfriend without his permission - it is the government. I have nothing to hide and am glad if they did do it since I'm not doing anything but what I'm prescribed!
