This is nice after pizza. Do I think I gained muscle yesterday, nah, but I did get up and down a lot in a confined space between a bed and a wall and had the desk around me. Takeaway is that the blob is staying down, the muscle mass is holding higher than when I started. That's the goal. When and if I ever see doc again, I'll adjust my numbers (or not) to more accurately reflect where I want to be. My ultimate goal is to be as active as my great aunt who walked and swam and danced up until she was 100 years old. She was lively, cognizant and mobile. It's not all about numbers, the numbers just help get you to where you want to be.

I came home late last night to a grocery bag full of pomegranates on my stoop which are from my friend's tree. Love, love, love them, but it's a lot. At least it's the weekend and I can do some planning on how to deal with them. And yes, I'll be sharing them, but it's a lot, trust me. Usually, we'll have cosmos or some other magical concoction made with them, but this year is so weird. I'm going to have to figure out how to repay her for the favor a different way.

Who likes pizza? Does my boy like pizza? I dunno. Maybe.
