1923 kcal Fat: 94.89g | Prot: 198.25g | Carb: 107.29g.   Breakfast: Cottage Cheese, Coffee, Heavy Whipping Cream, High Protein Shake - Chocolate. Lunch: Mushrooms, Parmesan Cheese (Shredded), Hard-Boiled Egg, Cucumber (Peeled), Red Kidney Beans (Canned), Asparagus, Green Olives with Pimento, Fresh Mozzarella Cheese, Ranch Salad Dressing, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Lettuce, Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat). Dinner: Strawberry Cheesecake, Young Green Onions, Mushrooms, Broccoli, Atlantic and Pacific Halibut. Snacks/Other: Strawberry Cheesecake, Stringsters String Cheese, Extra Fancy Mixed Nuts, Sugar Free Dark Chocolate, Ice Cream Bar. more...
