Muscle mass still holding, blob down so that part's working. No walk, no swim last night, but did some bands, some lunges and some stretches before bed. It's hot and humid here today, which I am not a fan of. It's not hot that bothers me as much as humidity. I am thankful to be in the coastal zone, could be worse. Don't confuse coastal zone with living on the beach. Not the same thing. Definitely going to try and get a swim in.

More watermelon today followed by a Tuscan melon and one I've never seen before and will need to read the sticker again to remember what it is. Looks like a casaba but it's not. Supposed to be the color of a guava inside. Watch it be a honeydew. Not a problem either way, just trying new things. If that corrects to casava one more time, I typed casaba. Oh good lord, it's just a yellow melon. I have no idea what it's called anymore. Spellcheck has broken me.

The yellow dragonfruit was delicious. Wish they weren't so darned expensive. One of the dogs was extremely interested in it, but he got none because I didn't have time to see if it was safe for him to eat. Guess I'll try harder to get fruit from the ones I have in the yard.

Finally, by special request: Sports Bar and Frenchie, circa August 2019.
Super thin crust, extra crispy, cuts down on the overall calories, but I still log them at about 500 piece, give or take.
I'm so getting pizza this weekend.

Great job, Kat! And thank you for the pizza pic! That is really thin and crispy. I like mine a little thicker and soggier tbh. 😆 I am sure it was delish anyway. And I may be wrong, but I feel like that’s less than 500 cals. Maybe 350 at most.

NN, I have three different pizza places that I love. This is the thin crust by the slice place - always solid and a great deal at two slices and a soda for $7, another has a much breadier approach with a more robust southern italian sauce but always a long line to get in and third is just amazing anyways with a chewier crust that I won't share with dogs but way more expensive. I consider them all excellent and completely different from one another. Ironically, a few years back, they all made the top 20 on Trip Advisor's list of best pizzas in the US at the same time. Crazy!

I'll be cutting it open tomorrow. Still have to finish the mini watermelon. Burp.

Ohh that’s the infamous potato pizza? That does sound yummy. Lol, enjoy the rest of your watermelon, love. Can’t wait to see tomorrow’s dishes! 😍

Ever since I found out the slices at Costco were something like 800 calories a slice, I try to overestimate calories on this stuff. I don't usually get Costco pizza though. I would get a froyo or hot dog first because the pizza place is a few blocks away, better and cheaper.
