I was so afraid to weigh in yesterday, because I didn't do to well with the diet this past weekend (had some steamed jasmine rice, a few potatoes and several glasses of wine). I only went up a half a pound. Thank goodness!! I'm back on track now :)
209.5 lb Lost so far: 10.5 lb.    Still to go: 49.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
