Wow, I was not expecting this loss. I'm happy and I'll take it. I'm .4 behind in my 15 in 15 challenge but I can make that up. I just have to stop eating at night after dinner. That's my biggest downfall. I've got this.

163.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 13.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
