Lost a few pounds due to being ill, but I'll take it! Hoping the few dropped pounds will help motivate me to stick closer to my nutrition plan and continue progress!
145.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
