Life is super stressful trying to plan a wedding and working and just trying to function. Needless to say... my food intake has been helping me cope with life. It's been a love affair that needs to end. It's toxic and has to be altered or I'm going to fall... hard. I've been depressed with my weight and tend to exercise for about 2 weeks then lose interest. I have to do this. I have to do this for me. I'm not happy with myself and I am not going to walk down that aisle sad about how I look. It's a huge day and dang it... I'm not going to be huge for it. The time is now...
