Here we go...it seems to always be this way when I'm lingering around a number that starts with a zero. I can't seem to easily break away and get firmly and finally into the 130s. I'm still too close to the 140s for comfort.

Yesterday we were out and about and I was forced to eat at McDonalds. I have to say that that is a terrible place to eat, with few good options. I settled for the grilled chicken snack wrap and did away with half of the tortilla before eating. It had no lettuce on it...that would have been nice but obviously we were in a dysfunctional McDonalds and I knew better than to complain. So, I'm doing it here:)
139.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
