I am up a little but I know its just a weight fluctuation. The weekend went really well. I allowed myself some extra calories on Saturday but I exercised Friday and Sunday. Even Saturday included brisk walks around NYC (it was not warm).

I'll be back down on Thursday.
176.4 lb Lost so far: 6.1 lb.    Still to go: 31.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
