Ok, so it's the end of my first day. I went over on my calories and carbs, but not by much. Hopefully tomorrow will be another day. I can't wait until I get my diet books so I can do the Sonoma diet. Wish me luck!

Good luck! Just an FYI - there's an online program for sonoma diet available as well. It's $4/week, but it prints out menu plans and shopping lists for you... so if you find yourself having a hard time sticking to the diet on your own, you might want to look into it later. It helps me out!
