Stopped at 1200 yesterday, solid on protein, failure on fiber which is interesting given all the veggies I ate. Solid swim, 10.6 METs, 823 strokes (see how that's holding? faster), faster current, heart rate in the low 140s, entire session in cardio zone which means it was good and steady. My fin strap broke about halfway through. Looked for replacements last night and they have increased the price to $40. I'm going to try and figure out a way to fix it or find a better deal. I also need to figure out how long they lasted before I do that again. annoyed.

Muscle mass still holding, did my 100 squats during the day and a few minutes of bands after the swim that was interrupted by a call. Good enough though. Working on hip flexors and butt with the bands since they don't always get enough with the swim. fluctuations are interesting. I'd be totally freaked out if my shorts weren't falling off me right now. Glad I kept the old ones because I know them well enough to have them help keep my sanity.

Back in the churn season at work but taking tomorrow off anyways. Means today will suck, but so it goes.

finally, though I rarely comment on the social crap here. if you're actively pushing people off an app that's supposed to help people better themselves and support others, what does that say about you?
