Im a bit disapointed....but relly shouldn'y be. After a week I have lost 2kg and thats a good amount. I also have a better fitness and I am trying to remind myself that some weight could have been transferred into mussle.
Ill keep my chin up and try again this week and see what happens.

185.2 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 52.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
