For the sake of honesty I'm putting in my weight today. Here's what's up. Last Friday my mom and aunt came into town, and suddenly every meal we ate for two straight days was out. Then on Monday, I realized I was out of brown rice, so I substituted corn chips with my tuna at lunch and had meat and vegetables for dinner. By Wednesday, I felt like the Goodyear blimp so I got on the scale, sure enough I was up up up! 5 pounds!
I feel like there is a basketball in my belly! I did cook my zucchini squash casserole and I've had it for lunch and dinner for two days. Personally, I feel better, but the basketball has only shrunk minimally. Monday, I'm making a commitment to start running again. Its been a few weeks, but too long. Gotta get back out there.
