been going for walks after work even though i'm not mountain climbing or hiking i still live in a very hilly area so getting just across town to get to the health food store i walk half a mile up and down hill. then i walk home too! my diet has been phenomenal! been sticking to my st least one salad a day for the past week and secretly i had gone up to 153/4 mid week last week before i jumped back on the health kick and i'm back down to the 150. (it could have been high sodium intake as well.) so i'm ready! keeping track of my calories in my head even if it's not on the site and eating very well. =)
150.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
