I haven't been here for a while and I was more than a little surprised to see that my weight is lower now than when I left here. I started this new diet recently because I thought I was heavier than I have ever been. Anyway, I'm back in control and hope to get rid of some weight for good. I'm expecting a fairly low average weekly weight loss of about a pound a week.
