Well, I could be really depressed about this weigh in or I could say
I'm thankful for not gaining any weight. I have been counting everything and working out like a mad woman so 1 lb is disappointing but I was hoping maybe it's because of all the working out with weights and muscle toning. My clothes feel better one me, not so tight so something is happening.
I don't want to think of being on a "diet" I need to incorporate portion control as just part of my life. This morning (afternoon) after church we went ot to breakfast, we did a split. So eggs scrambled with ham, peppers and onion and a small amount of hash browns and 1/2 slice of wheat toast. It was delicious and I don't think I overate like I usually would. Most times we go out for breakfast I have a full plate of biscuits and hashbrowns drowning in gravy. Yum! I have been so diligent on tracking this time that I couldn't bear to write that down in my food diary because I would be sick after seeing what a waste of my good efforts it was!
Things have changed, new year, new me, turning fifty this year. If I don't make these changes, I will be seeing medical problems and I definitely don't want that!!
So keeping my chin up and hoping for another successful week!
Blessings to all!!!!

One pounds is great. You don't have a lot to lose, so it may come off more slowly than someone who has 50 or more pounds. You are also losing fat which will help you get into smaller sizes. You are doing great. It will all be off before you know it.

I know you have been working so hard and doing everything right, that 1 lb may seem disappointing. I don't understand the scale. Sometimes I'm bad and lose a pound and other times I'm really good with no weight change. BUT one pound is one pound close to your goal. Keep going. I did receive your email. I was kind of bad on Friday when I went out but I'm surviving the weekend. I did do the Body Pump and Flow this morning. I don't do the Flow very often and felt kind of lost. BUT I did feel good completeing it. Have a great week.
