I'm restarting my diet today. Last time I logged in at 168, today I'm 172.5. I'm struggling with trying to stay balanced but realize my biggest obstacle is in the greater household food management which I've somehow allowed to slacken. My domestic partner brings home chips and ice cream and alcoholic beverages (which I try really hard to limit but really need to eliminate all of these items--which seems impossible right now so I'm having to first acknowledge these obstacles so that I can strategize how to deal with them.)

Went to the gym yesterday and did 40 minutes of cardio: 10 mins on the hiking elliptical and 30 on the treadmill.
172.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 27.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
