I broke the 290's! I am so excited!!!! Come on, 275! I just have to leave the 280's now! Celebrating in the meantime though! ;) I almost forgot to mention that my doctor called me yesterday with my lab results. My sugar is wayyyy down from what it was last time! I am taking all forms of success as it comes! Tell me all about your successes. Everything that we are doing is a success. Every change we are making is a success. It doesn't only become a success when you reach your goal weight. Continue to celebrate through this journey. 🏃‍♀🌟✨🤸‍♀
289.0 lb Lost so far: 41.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Success!!!! Keep on keeping on. I lost a few myself this week. After not seeing much weight loss over the last two weeks, BOOM, 8+ lbs this week. I keep my focus on how I feel. What my body can do. How my clothes fit. All of those important details equal triumph. I stretch more too, so I don't feel so stuck, sore, and physically limited. I wish you the best!

To me the numbers from the doctor give the best indication that you are headed in the right direction. One foot in front of the other and keep going towards your goal. You definitely got this. By Christmas you will be close to onederland.

That's amazing!!!! I love it! Thank you for sharing!!! Congratulations on your drop, Toned!! ;) That's freaking awesome! It's always best to keep the focus on how you feel and that's what I am aspiring to do. Not so much concern myself with the number on the scale but with how I am feeling, how the clothes are feeling, what my body can do, how much my body can be pushed, how I feel post workouts, how much energy I have throughout the day even if I happen to miss the gym. I love that you are stretching more too! I have to work on that! There are times when I skip it, and I know that it's vital to staying limber and reducing risk of injury. You are a SUCCESS! We're going to do this! 💪🌟
