I am so frustrated!! Why am I gaining this weight back (well, dah...cuz u eat like a pig!)? I feel like crap & I remember how good I felt when I was under 200 pounds. What is it going to take & when is it going to stop?!!!

Losing weight is a very mental thing. You have to be ready to do it. I don't know what it takes to actually get to that place. You have to try things to get your motivation (trying a new class, new workout outfits, a book, fitness magazines, etc.) Keep trying and you will find your way.
